    Really wanted 205, but I’m happy with 185 for 3 which was my 1 rep max last time we did heavy thrusters.

      Pull Up Clinic = BRAVO!!!! Tracey and Dennis did an awesome job and it was so great watching everyone get so much better with their kip, and then watching some folks get their first pull up or first linked pull ups as the class progressed! Most of us wanted to keep going and going and going, I think, but after over an hour and a half we were all getting pretty worn out (esp after last night and/or this morning’s WODs.) Good job, everyone, and a BIG thanks to Tracey and Dennis for your time today–you guys ROCK!

    I agree with Tasha…..big thanks to Tracey and Dennis!!!!!!

    I believe Austin got his first today….then knocked out 3 or so. Tracy linked 3 today…..Tasha was getting over that bar too. Garett linked 18 today…..woot woot!!!

    I am so close I can taste it…….hoping to try with fresh arms on Monday. I wanted to get it so bad today but after an hour and a half of attempts my arms were ready for a break!

    The pull up clinic was soooo good. Dennis is such a great instructor! We are all soaking up his knowledge.
    Everyone did a great job. From here continue to practice… even the floor work is beneficial. I bet we will continue to see those pull ups happen and even string some together.

    9 rounds plus 6

    42 reps – pretty poor showing.
    shoulders are still tight from muscle ups and something else. Maybe a bit of tendonitus.

    This was tough as I made up the 1-10,1-20,1-30 front squats the day prior. Did squeeze out 115, 115, 125, 135, 135, 135, 140. Gluts and Hams are tender!
