All classes are cancelled for the second annual CFHSV vs. CFI THROWDOWN! Be sure to come out and show your support for your fellow athletes!

There will also be a gathering for lunch afterwards at Outback in Madison!

    Guys, Go represent Crossfit Huntsville, good luck, be strong, but most of all, have fun. On a side note I want to share that I finally linked my kipping PU. It was only a few at a time, but it’s a start.

    I wish I could have been there to throw down.
    However, Ella’s dance team rocks and are kicking some booty her in hot -lanta.
    Hopefully, everyone has the itch now and will get pumped for the open…. I know I am.

    Hyatt wod:
    Db clean and jerks 25# x 10
    Db deadlifts 50#x 20
    Strict stupid pull ups on a padded weird bar x 5
    5 rounds not sure of time.

    Then tabata sprint intervals on treadmill.

    Not 10min after I finished the race, I got the news of some outstanding performances by CFHSV today at the ThrowDown. Job well done!

    Josh’s WOD: Mountain Mist 50k, a muddy, sloppy mess. 6hr 56min. My fifth (and final) Mist. See y’all back in the box next week!
