30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

    As Rx’ed – 3:10 ( PR by 7 seconds)

    wanted sub 3. Only one failure. Stalled on all the press-outs from 25-30.

    60 dips on the bars
    60 pull-ups

    Didn’t even look at the time. I was trying to work on form again today.

    As Rx’d- 50:45. Time sucked but first time to ever do muscle ups! This was my goal before the year was out. Of course, Russell had to do them RIGHT BESIDE ME and smoked the whole WOD in 3:10. Still psyched about getting the muscle ups though!

    Awesome job JD! Way to go!

    (I only got through 10 pullups and 10 dips (on the bar) before Campbell had a mini-meltdown. Instead I ran 2.5 miles on the trails. I will most likely have to make this one up on the next rest day.)

    30 muscle ups in ~40:00. This is the first time I have done more than 1 muscle up in a workout. Figured out the form and they got easier. I tried linking a few, but rhythm was off. next time will be a lot faster.

    Still have a tweaked elbow from twins. Resting it, and myself. Tomorrow is rock climbing then back crossfitting on Monday I hope.

    Spent the day in the sky. 9 tandem jumps at Skydive AL. Last one as the sun was setting. Beautiful day. I will have to make up my muscle ups on my back porch.
