Complete 5 rounds for time:
30 Walking Overhead Lunges 135 lbs (15 ea leg)
Sprint 1 Full Gasser
30 KB Swings 2 pood
Rest 90 seconds between rounds
7:43, 10:38, 9:55, 10:35, 8:55 = 47:46 (53:46 with rest added)
I was able to do 5 real pull ups the first round, 7 the second round, and only 2 the third round.
All the rest of the pull ups were jumping pull ups.
Tough WOD… at the 40:00 cutoff I had 15 pull-ups and 75 sit-ups left. I pussied out when my hands started ripping!
26:50. I was chasing Joe C’s 26:04, just couldn’t quite make it. Great job man.
Jake- awesome pullups. All the ones I saw were chest to bar.
28:27. I “zoned out”, and Joe kept pushing me. Really helped. But I still don’t feel so good. This one just kinda hits you everywhere. I can’t move my arms much. The next few days will probably feel like crap. At least I’ll sleep well.
