EVERYONE please remember that you can run 1 or 2 miles on the CCC. Please don’t skip because your worried about running the entire 5k. There are clearly marked turn around signs on the course. Hope CFHSV has a good Saturday turn out. 🙂
Plan was to run a 10k, but lower back had different ideas. It was screaming after this week’s wod.
Not sure what I enjoy more, getting a PR or pushing someone else to a PR…I think it’s the latter. Great job Paul, way to push it! Congrats on a 2 min PR!
24:00 flat for the 5K. PR by 2min. Drafted Aaron the whole way. He talked trash to me the whole last mile. Nearly coughed up a lung. It was fun once it was over. That’s what I get for not looking at the WOD before showing up.
