Able to do our wod at CrossFit901 in Memphis this morning.

Snatch is like a stupid golf swing. Either I’m in the groove or I’m trying to ice skate with 2 left feet. Earlier this week I could barely get 1 rep at 115. This morning I nailed 115 5x, went for 120, got it once for a new 1RM PR.
