    Kyle rehabbin that shoulder after surgery. Some of my best friends have been because of CrossFitt- KR is no exception. Family man, great friend, a guy you want on your side. Muscle ups soon bigguy!

    Plain and simple, Kyle is an animal! Incredibly strong, highly skilled and well versed in all things CrossFit. He’s got a great balance of an easy going attitude along with drive and determination. Keep showing out, Kyle! 😁

    The sled is like riding a bull and you gotta be mean to hold on. This cowboy is as kind as he is mean. Kyles a straight shooter who knows how to crack jokes, work hard, and is good to his core. Keep em coming CFHSV cause this type of homework is inspiring!

    Kyle checked out the sled?! Dang, that is bad-arse. I gotta up my game!
    0900 Zoom with Misty/Bradley, even managed to get teenager Andrew out of bed to WOD with me! We did the home WOD, 3mi of running in there, uggh.
    – Andrew finished etmin and change, 1pd KBS and 10# slam ball
    – Dad finished about 20-30sec later, 1.5pd KBS and 20# slam ball for SU. I chased him all over the neighborhood while running, but could reel him in.
    Go get you some sun this afternoon before the rain hits tomorrow….

    FYI if you don’t have a sled. Put your riding mower in neutral and push it around the yard. That’s what we do in Priceville.

    His wife was explaining him to me one day when she was shopping in lululemon (I had not met her) I quote how she described him: “he is super hot, played football for UNA and does CrossFit”
    She showed me a picture and I made the connection lol
    This dude is an amazing father, husband, and training buddy. Love ya Big Kyle great picture dude. I am certain your lovely wife took it

    Kyle is the man. He is one awesome dude. Kyle is also one heck of an athlete. He is so strong and skilled. He can do it all. Keep working hard stud!

    I decided to do something I’ve never done before today. It’s beautiful outside, so I did:

    60min AMRAP:
    400m Run
    8 Strict HSPU
    10 Russian KBS
    12 WB Sit Ups
    400m Row
    8 Strict Pull UPS
    10 Ring Dips
    12 Box Jump Overs

    8 rounds.
