WOD:

Complete the following for time of:

Buy In: 100 double unders

Then, 4 rounds of:

4 thrusters 95/65  (55 and over 75/55)

8 sumo deadlift high pull 95/65  (55 and over 75/55)

12 barbell push-ups

16 KBS  32kg/24kg  (55 and over 24kg/16kg)

Buy Out: 100 double unders

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

4.1 mile timed run on Huntsville Cross Country Course

meet at Cross Country Course at 8am.

    I had a blast getting to workout with the class today. Great 9am class. Thanks for the push and the awesome training.

    I also got to observe some of the Running and Endurance class. Great times and awesome improvement.
