CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

In an 11 minute window:

800m run, rest 1 minute

600m run, rest 1 minute

400m run, rest 1 minute

200m run

Rest 2 minutes, then repeat.

Accessory:

Accumulate 2 minutes in a right leg lunge

Accumulate 2 minutes in a left leg lunge

5 rounds of a 20 second hollow hold into 10 Military sit-ups

    325 reps. Did pu and the row. All other at RX+.
    Did not do hang pc or du.
    Got 25 lateral burpees and said to myself. Y’all can have it.

    436 reps at cut off (95# HPC, 24kg, CTB, bike, HSPU, GHD and all others RX)
