5k with Running and Endurace – 22:30
Great job to to those that got their baseline 5k test this morning.
Wasn’t sure what to expect with this run since its been 3 years since my last 5k. Two things that I can confirm :
1 – distance running is a tough grind
2 – CrossFit keeps you ‘in shape’ and ‘ready’
