15 thrusters 65/45

15 chin over bar pull ups/jumping chest to bar pull ups

*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps completed

    Hope everyone rocked 13.5 today. I ran 13.1… at the Oak Barrel Half Marathon in Lynchburg. 🙂 Finished 10th OA and 5th in my AG.
