For Time:

Buy-In: 100 double unders

then,

3 rounds of:

7 burpee toes to bar

11 power snatch 95/65   RX+ 135/95   (55 and over 75/55)

800m run

7 burpee pull-ups   RX+ burpee chest to bar pull-ups

11 back squats 95/65   RX+ 135/95   (55 and over 75/55)

then,

Cash-Out: 100 double unders

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

7 Sprint Rounds of:
20 Lateral Plate Jumps [45]
50m Sled Sprint  [90/45]
100m Down and Back Sprint
rest between each round
Afterwards, accumulate in order:
75 Military Abmat Sit-Ups
60 Scissor Kicks
20 Alternating Forward Lunges [hands interlocked behind head]
20 Alternating Reverse Lunges [hands interlocked behind head]

    I have been at a huge Boy Scouts conference at Michigan State all week, 15000 Young Men of Tomorrow and their adult leaders. I’ll be back in the box on Monday to start atoning for my exercise and diet sins this week; remind me to tell you of our own ice cream flavor!
