Complete the following in any order or method you prefer for time. The only prerequisite is all distance and reps must be accumulated to complete.

Run 1 mile (4 laps)

60 double push up burpees

60 over the box jumps 24″/20″

60 GHD sit ups

    New Masters Division Crossfit Open 2013

    There is now a category for men and women ages 40-44. This is on top of the four age categories from last year: 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60-plus. At the end of the Open, the top 20 men and top 20 women worldwide from each of the five age groups will be invited to compete in the Masters at the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games.

    18:39 scaled 40 pound situps for GHD. Back is on the mend. Finally able to box jump and burpee without pain.
