WOD:

A. In 10 minutes, establish a 1RM power snatch

B. In 10 minutes, establish a 1RM squat clean

C. 13 minute AMRAP:

3 power snatch 75/55 (masters 55+ 65/45)

3 squat clean 75/55 (masters 55+ 65/45)

10 hand release push ups

6 power snatch 75/55 (masters 55+ 65/45)

6 squat clean 75/55 (masters 55+ 65/45)

10 hand release push ups

9 power snatch 75/55 (masters 55+ 65/45)

9 squat clean 75/55 (masters 55+ 65/45)

10 hand release push ups
