    Congrats on all your hard work. Dennis, my labrum tear took 3 anchors to fix 🙁 I’m not sure how long I will be out but be assured I WILL be back! Good luck to everyone during the open – I’m proud of you all!

    315 on squat, 185 on bench and 475 on DL. The combination of yesterday’s WOD and today has absolutely fried my legs. Ouch.
