CrossFit class. Learning and practicing to move our bodies through time and space while also dancing with and around inanimate objects to achieve and maintain health and fitness. It’s a beautiful pic full of beautiful bodies moving in simple and profound ways. CFHSV athletes are awesome creatures with magnificent capabilities that rise to the challenge every day. I love this pic. It represents so very much.

Such an awesome photo! Like minded individuals with a focus on health and fitness practicing and honing the skills that will help them achieve their goals, led by a coach who is committed and passionate about each and every one of them. This picture embodies work, focus, leadership, care, encouragement and all that we hope for CrossFit Huntsville and it’s athletes!
