A. In 20 minutes build up to a 1RM clean & jerk
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
squat clean (165/110)
jerk (165/110)
*masters 55+ 135/75*
A. 205 squat clean and jerk
B. 14 plus 1 clean Rx
