CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

run 1 mile

40 push ups

40 sit-ups

rest 5 minutes from time run is complete

run 1 mile

20 push ups

20 sit-ups

run 1 mile

meet at Cross Country Course at 8am

    First mile at 8 mph, second at 8.6, third at 9 with last 1/4 at 9.5.

    Went to Grace for the Games at CFI to support our local Tony Rogers who will be competing in the CrossFit Games in the Master’s Division in 2 weeks.

    My goal was 2:00, didn’t make it, but a PR is a PR. 🙂
