-9 Push Press
-9 Pull-ups RX+ C2B
-9 Thrusters

Rest 2min / Add Wt / Reverse Drop Wt

-7 Front Squats 115/75  RX+135/95  MRX 95/65

-7 Push Press
-7 Pull-ups RX+ C2B
-7 Thrusters

Rest 2min / Add Wt / Reverse Drop Wt

-5 Frnt Squats 135/95  RX+155/105  MRX 115/75

-5 Push Press
-5 Pull-ups RX+ C2B
-5 Thrusters

Rest 2min

**Then, Repeat all going back through in Reverse Order from heavier to lighter**

 

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

1 mile run

rest 4 minutes

3 x 400m run, rest 1 minute between efforts

rest 3 minutes

5 x 200m run, rest 30 seconds between efforts
