400m Run, Row or 1K Bike,
Then,

-Deadlifts 225/155 RX+275/185 MRX185/125 -HSPU MRX HRPU

Then,
400m Run, Row or 1K Bike
40 Kettlebell Swings   24/16   RX+32/24   MRX 20/12

400m Run, Row or 1K Bike
Then,
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 reps of:
Kettlebell Goblet Squats
Over the Bar Burpees
Then,
