15 pull-ups
CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:
Hill Repeats:
1 mile run
rest 3 minutes
8 x hill repeats, walk down to start for recovery
rest 3 minutes
1 mile run
meet at Cross Country Course: Athletes will meet the coach on the trail at the 1 mile marker. When you arrive at the XC course proceed with a warmup run to the 1 mile sign. NOTE: This is not the 1 mile turnaround sign but the sign on the trail marking the 1 mile point.

10:15 scaled. I did this one at home with a weighted ball for the thrusters. I couldn’t lift Al’s bar! Thankful he bought the rings for my ring rows. Still working on depth.
