rest 2 minutes

4 minute AMRAP max rep sets of:

400m run

max reps squat clean 95/65   RX+ 115/80  (55 and over 75/55)

SCORE = Total reps combined

rest exactly 4 minutes, then

EMOM x 10 minutes: sprint 100m
