    111 for 14.3
    My take away is use your legs early! I know you can go fast by using your back but I paid dearly for it at 275. Push off your leg on step ups and keep moving.

    CFHSV has the best community. The atmosphere is electric and always supportive. Truly everyone check their ego’s at the door and seek to motivate and advance their fellow CrossFit athlete.
