5 shoulder to overhead 115/75

10 deadlifts 115/75

15 box jumps 24″/20″

 

Masters Men and Women 55+

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 shoulder to overhead 95/55

10 deadlifts 95/55

15 box jumps 20″

    Good job to everyone competing in the open! Wish I was there with you guys! WOD @ Fire Station: Build up to one rep max power clean: 225# (not my best effort, but I’ll take it seeing I’m not around my excellent coaches or my fellow crossfitters!) Then (5) rounds of: 5 power-cleans(155) to 5 push-presses(155),do not let go of bar, then 10 burpees.

    Were step ups legal? The lady that judged me at Oceanside Crossfit told me that both feet had to leave the ground at the same time, but you could step down. Guess I should have read the standard a little closer.
