5 Rounds for Load   E5MOM = 25min

10 Box Jumps   24/20″   MRX  20/18″

6 Deadlifts to 5 Hang Power Clean to 4 Shoulder to 0verhead

10 Box Jumps

** Rules = Athlete has the whole 5min to use as they wish to complete the exercises in order, once the bar is picked up it cannot be rested on floor or back rack, all reps have to be complete at that weight unbroken for load. Goal is to move up in weight each 5min or retry a missed load next set.

Core & Shoulder Development

30 Walking Double KB OH Lunges (15each leg)
30 GHD Sit-Ups
30 Double KB Romanian Deadlifts

30ft Handstand Walk or 100ft Bear Crawl

30 Hip Extensions

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

30 Minute Team AMRAP:

Partner 1 : 200m run

Partner 2 : 25 air squats

slap hands and switch,

Then:

Partner 1 : 400m run

Partner 2 : 12 double push-up burpees

slap hands and switch
