The ebb and flow of Crossfit.
After last week’s “miracle” I got 79 on 14.2 so far. My plan was to game it a really breakup the CTB. I went into 2’s by the 2nd round of 10. Bad move. Ran out of time. This next time I was thinking about this rep scheme. Tell me what you think. I looked at Aaron’s and knowing I in know way can do CTB like him I came up with this.
A) Go AFAP on the squats (got that from Mac)
B) 10: 6-4
10: 4-4-2
12: 5-4-3
12: 5-4-3
14: 5-4-3-2
14: Really just survival but, 4-3-3-2-2

From judging a Couple of people, it looks like OHS need to be unbroken, and CTB in manageable sets, wasted energy if it’s a miss and precious seconds gone. Those 3 minutes fly by. Your rep scheme looks good to me. Tell your judge so they can make you stick to it.
