Great job to everyone who competed in The War of the WODS CrossFit competition today. I was happy to be competing in my first RX division against real good athletes. Heath figuratively and literally carried me through the day. It was also our first time to team up at a competition. Combine this with a PR on linked TTB and DU’s and I’ll sleep good tonight. Thanks to the coaches and programming at CFHSV for having me ready for this fun day. #ttptb
