WOD:

#1: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many OHS 95/65 as possible

rest 3 minutes

#2: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many hang power cleans 95/65 as possible

rest 3 minutes

#3: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many deadlifts 95/65 as possible

rest 3 minutes

#4: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many shoulder to overhead 95/65 as possible

rest 3 minutes

#5: In 3 minutes, row 250m to 1 rope climb, then complete with the remaining time as many barbell push ups as possible

SCORE = Combined total reps accumulated after rows and rope climbs

10 spiderman push ups

90 second plank hold

1 mile run

rest 5 minutes

5 spiderman push ups

60 second plank hold

2 mile run
