Combo Pace & Speed Training

Paced 800m run, rest 1 minute

Speed 800m run, rest 2 minutes

Paced 800m run, rest 1 minute

Speed 800m run, rest 2 minutes

Paced 400m run, rest 1 minute

Speed 400m run, rest 2 minutes

Paced 400m run, rest 1 minute

Speed 400m run, rest 2 minutes

1 mile run at somewhat hard but steady pace

meet at CFHSV track at 8am

    I wanted to give thanks to CFHSV for preparing my mind and body for the unexpected. I took the day to help my boss, a retired decorated vet, with his farm in Fayetteville. Humbled by what the Lord can put in front of me this week but blessed to witness His grace.
