CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

“Yasso 800s”

6 x 800s

1:1 work:rest ratio

keep 800 splits within 5-10 seconds of each other

Meet at Randolph track at 8am

      Crap, I was sure about a few stitches, but broken fingers too. Yikes! And you were laughing about it and ready to run again. Glad we didn’t let you.     Right knee collapses in. Guess that explains why my right foot opens up when doing squats. Dr. Starrett would have a field day with my squat.
