B. Core Development:
25 sit-ups, any style

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:
For total distance each,
10 intervals, 0:30 all out / 0:30 recovery, ROW
10 intervals, 0:30 all out / 0:30 recovery, ASSAULT
