Big John was bringing the heat during that KB snatch workout, he was motivating me!

Best wishes to all involved in Grace today..

  3. Robert S. says:

We’re going to have to get some heavier kettlebells for John. I’m pretty sure he could swing my truck.

I planned to come out today and cheer everyone on during B4B. However, Addison threw up most of the night last night and is super sick this morning. 🙁 Seriously, nothing more heartbreaking than a sick baby. Those weak little eyes…. Anyway, looks like we’ll be confined to the house today so I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK to everyone. Hope you guys kill it for a great cause. Can’t wait to see the pictures!

  5. Clair says:

I am consistently enspired and impressed by the athletes at CFHSV! Each and every one of you put in 110% today, and reminded me what a special privilege it is to be a coach at CFHSV! Thank you all for a great morning.

  7. Crossfit Larry says:

Had to coach a soccer game at 10. Did Grace at home after the game

Wish I could have done it at the gym with everyone. Probably would have gone faster.

  8. Stephanie says:

  9. Dennis says:

Words cannot say enough for how proud and happy I am with the wonderful work by all CFHSV athletes and participants that performed “Amazing Grace” for Mammograms in Action today. Every rep meant so much and everyone put in that extra something special during their heat. Way to dig deep.

I am always so awed by the awesome things the CrossFit community does to help others. I am so thankful and happy to be a part of it.

I would like to thank everyone again for everything they did to make such a beautiful thing happen toward the good will and prosperity for the people in need in this wonderful country.

“God Bless and thank you.” Deferentially, Dennis
