    Love the pictures!! Ok, been wondering why my back and hamstrings were so sore! I didn’t do my CF math right on Thursday for my DL weight. Actually, did 175# DL not 155#. I know had I had realized that weight before starting the WOD I wouldn’t have done that weight. So my point is that we let our MINDS dictate sometimes and keep us from actually doing things that we could do. Happy Labor Day weekend!!

    Deficit deadlifts ( Dennis format)

    1 mile run
    = 26:04 as rx’d

    Cleaned closets for 4 hours straight . I’m exhausted!
