A. Snatch Cluster Training:  E2MOM x 14 minutes

1 snatch deadlift to 1 power snatch to 1 snatch balance to 1 hang squat snatch

B. Masters and Teen CF Games WOD:  “SQT”

3 rounds for time of:

10 power snatch 95/65

200m shuttle sprint

Core Development:

Accumulate 1 minute high plank hold

25 barbell evil wheel roll outs

Accumulate 1 minute low plank hold

25 hip extensions


CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

For Time:

Run 1 mile

Row 5000m

Run 1 mile

    4:31 Rx, need to cut about a minute off of this time!

    Tough WOD today, 5:31 rx’d.

    Managed 3 sets @80lbs on the Snatch work. Not bad for a Donosaur, huh??
