    A) deadlift worked up to 445 but didn’t really do the workout correctly.

    A. 365 x 6, 405 x 4, 435 x 2, 435 x 2

    B. Rx everything except double unders. Made it through the 80 wall balls. When I went to lift the 365, I thought , hold on, how much weight did I put on this bar. 365 should be easy. The strength portion messed me up!! Congrats to all of you studs and studettes on this WOD!
