    Do not Fear “Isabel” !! Many of you have approached the coaches for SNATCH train-up/practice for the CF/Strongman/women event coming up. Well today is a great day to receive it. We will go through the training listed below before we hammer “Isabel”

    Snatch Train-Up

    This will all be completed with a PVC pipe first until form is solid and then will all be repeated with the appropriate bar.

    Burgener Warm-Up:
    (1,2,3 Down and Up, 4,5,6 Elbows High and Outside, 7,8,9 Muscle Snatch, Snatch Lands, Hang Power Snatches)

    Snatch Drops
    Sots press

    Skill Transfer Exercises:
    Pressing Snatch Balance
    Heaving Snatch Balance
    Snatch Balance

    Snatching Progression:
    Very High Hang
    Mid Thigh Hang
    Below Knee
    From Floor

    Weight will then be added incrementally for practice of the whole movement of full squat snatch.
