    I will be at CFHSV 30 minutes early today and have everything set up at 3:30pm to go cover some basic muscle-ups tips and techniques as well as let you practice working the muscle-up. A big goal you should have is getting a strict muscle-up. This requires dedication, form perfection, hard work and hours of practice. You can do it and it is a goal that can happen. See you there.     Then:
    With 15 minutes on the clock
    Row for 5 minutes at a 20 stroke per minute pace
    Max Push Ups in 5 minutes
    Row for 5 minutes at a 20 stroke per minute pace.

    *For row, no more than 100 strokes can be used in 5 minutes.

    Meters rowed: 1184 + 1064= 2284
    Pushups: 96

    Pushups felt like crap today. Could be a result of yesterday’s beating courtesy of some crazy man with a red beard.

    13:07 scaled to 105#. Did L-PU Round 1, then switched to 2 L-PU and 5 strict PU per round.
