Workout-

Five rounds for max reps of:
2/3 Body weight thruster
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Benchmarks Class workout-

“Nicole”

Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400 meters

Max set up pull-ups

Post number of round and total pull-ups to comments.

    Rx’d 34/95
    Thrusters were hard, i need more explosiveness. Could’ve done more pull-ups but hands were shredded up pretty good. I had a hard time holding on to the bar
