Man this workout sucked. In the 30:00 minutes I completed four full rounds and wanted nothing to do with five. Good job to lindsey who finished five in like 32: something. She smoked it.
I second that. It sucked royally. Finished 4 1/2 rounds exactly (15 burpees). Shoulda finished it out.
Scaled 24kg KB and anchored sit ups:
At the 30 min. limit.
4 rounds + 30 kg swings + 8 burpees
Made it through 4 rounds in 30 minutes. GHD situps on the first round and anchored for the rest.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Bench Press, 150#
30 sec break in between each completed interval
23.38 (about 6 minutes faster from last attempt)
Wall balls sucked
32:?? – I did anchored sit ups my first round and GHDs the last four. I was so glad to finish…My shoulders have never hurt so bad!
4 1/3 rounds. I should have stuck it out and finished the last 2/3, but that is hindsight. This was tough.
Slight Variation: 30 Burpees, 30 DB Swings, 20 Straight leg hanging leg raises. 5 rounds: 23:46
4 rounds in 30:20. Started strong but that only lasted till the 2nd round of burpees
