    Sorry to the females for messing up your Rx weight. It was supposed to be 65 instead of 75, I guess.     Then had to book it to get to my soccer game in time. Wasn’t feeling it today, especially after this WOD. Turns out our keeper wasn’t either and punched an opposing player 5 minutes in resulting in a bench clearing and the game being called. Not exactly how I wanted to get out of playing, but what are you going to do…

    And then I did JT as a substitute for tomorrow’s workout of 30 mus for time.

    handstand pushups
    ring dips


    My shoulders were kinda toasted from the earlier workout. handstand pu’s were tough. didn’t hit full depth after midway second round. I’m traveling tomorrow, so knocking the workout out tonight was best option to stay on track.
