    205’s were questionable “power” cleans. At least two of them were above parallel, but not by much. Jerk was the easy part.

    House moving for time….
    Me and Larry knocked it out. Two trips 26ft van….heavy crap everywhere.

    I’m exhausted! Interesting mix of balance, isometrics, and lifting for about 10hours total.

    10-1 Deadlifts and back extensions….did this one at 105 lbs. First time I have done deadlifts since my ill-fated attempt at one-week postpartum (which resulted in a few problems…to say the least!)

    95-105-105-105(x)-95-105-115(x).

    Very disappointing. Just can’t get under the weight fast enough. Still learning this technique, since it is how I got my leg injury in January. I have nowhere to go but up, and the leg is getting better.

    But it still sucks…

    Got 195 but form was poor, so went back down to improve. That got better slowly but still plenty of room for improvement. I should be practicing my split jerk.

    -frustrating. The cleans were very easy. Felt like I could easily clean 255 or so but held off b/c the jerk wasn’t going up with 245. Worked on form and the jerk was much, much better the last two lifts. Last lift was the closest. Had the jerk “locked” but lost balance.

    Kevin you had the same issue last time I witnessed the heavy lifts. It is completely unnatural to get under heavy weight.

    horrendous form…failed at 155 on the clean. The jerks were much more of a push press than a jerk. Went back down to work on form. I’m finding it very difficult to keep from using a lot of arms to get the weight up
