Sgt Major Jerry Dwayne Patton, 40, died on 15 October 2008 during High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) training while assigned to Army USSOCOM preparing for deployment to Afghanistan. Jerry is survived by his wife Molly and his sons Chad, Cody, Chase and Connor.

    Ran the entire time but not trying to PR….just keep moving in Pose

    -really enjoying my first time away from work in about 2-3 years. I could get used to this.

    …..oh yeah. Barefoot felt great but was not a good idea. I now know without a shadow of a doubt that I run on my toes to much. OUCH!

    Didn’t have a rower, so a (slow, of course) 3 mile run today. I forgot my watch, so don’t know the time – just know I ran it slowly! Ready to be back in the swing of things this week after my crazy girls’ weekend full of not-so-good food! (But, I gotta say, Rosie’s was SO very yummy last night…)
