    50 ring rows, everything else Rx’d…

    worked on Pullups for like an hour before this class, don’t recommend doing that, arms were toast by ring row 20

    “Angie” in 22:46 on my own before 4pm WOD. Pullups took over 13min alone, had to wear gloves since my hands still chewed up.

    Then did the 4pm of 100m sprint and burpees. Boy oh boy, that was fun. 7min50sec. Bit warm today. Thanks to Tracey for a good class.

    “Angie” Was going for RX’d but stopped at 60 pull-ups when my hand started ripping…all else RX’d 25:12. Huge improvement from when I did this in July!!!

    22:55 RX’d. PR. Great week, Max bench increased by 40 pounds in two months to 245, Got my first muscle up, and was able to RX 11.3 (Squat Clean and I have never gotten along). Thanks to everyone for training me and cheering me on, could not have done it without you! Oh yea, and thanks for the beef jerky Phil and Amanda.

    Did 11.3 @crossfit scottsdale this week. Fun times! Pulled off 6+ 1. Big improvement to last weeks big fat fail. yay me
