    Last Run 400M jog (2:52) (calves started cramping – lack of water today)

    I just hate running, but trying to get better.

    05/10/2009 0430 hrs a little over a 800m foot chase time ……..probably around three minutes with full gear on. Results I am know 7-0 in foot chases and will continue to remain undefeated.

    Did this one at CrossfitintheBasement
    “Grace” as Rx’d: 9:38
    First time doing Grace, the plan was a power clean and push jerk every 10 seconds.
    Coming in around 5-6 min.
    Didn’t work out that way.

    Hate to run did this one in hilly neighborhood with tabata rest I went out and had a good time, I attempted pose form for the last two turns breathing was noticably better last half of the WOD.

    3rd 3:22 with pose running
    4th 3: 33 with pose running
