Love the programming. Hate we won’t be back in Huntsville in time for this one. Been an emotional weekend in PA.
Great looking workout… I could do without the row…LOL
I’m trying to figure out the weight selections. 9/11 symbolism or just interesting choices?
Hey guys,
Here is the website explaining the symbolism of the weights and movements of the workout.

Ah… that makes more sense now.
Lets get it!
Can’t wait to do this!
Awesome Jake. Great choice.
Before, during, and after the WOD I plan to stop, take a moment to honor the memories of those innocent lives lost ten years ago, those who have fallen since in the fight, and all those left behind.
Honor, Sacrifice, Never Quit, and Never Forget!
Will you be there at both 4pm and 5PM WOD?
Great WOD selection, y’all get after it this afternoon! I am currently in NYC, lower Manhattan. Words cannot describe the combined sense of both loss and strength in the folks here. Yesterday I watched Army’s home football opener at West Point, where Rudy Guliani presented a memorial wreath for fallen first-responders and Servicemember since 9/11. Then a group of 8 of us from TeamRWB since West Point 8pm and ran ~58mi to NYC overnight, carried a thrice-deployed American flag the whole way. After arriving just before 7am, we jumped over to Liberty State Park and with over 400 runners had a ‘moving tribute most of the day’ to honor the Fallen. With backdrops of the new Freedom Tower in lower Manhattan, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty right before our eyes, has been inspiring to say the least. Watched the President arrived via Marine One, and a cast of outstanding Americans gathering to Never Forget.
Rx’d the weight amounts, however I only rowed 1k and 1k. Everyone working not one person was complaining just chipping away at the reps the weight and the pain.

It is a significant day here in the badlands as well. It was a good opportunity to reflect on the many sacrifices made over hte past decade. I am humbled every day to serve along side true American heroes. Thank you all for remembering.
Feel free to drop me a line at: sean.mcgee@us.army.mil
Sean, THANK YOU for all that you do, have done and will continue to do. It’s easy to feel safe knowing we have folks like you protecting us every day.
Miss having you three around at 0600.

~37 minutes but I scaled the weight. I had to run the first 2000k instead of row because of my cramping IT band.
