12 GHD situps

Top women’s scores:

    6 rnds even as RX. GHD was the killer on this one for me.

    As Rx’ed 8 rounds and 15 reps. Should have had 9 rounds but slowed down on the KB swing tempo just enough to lose a cumulative 3o seconds or so.

    Weird, this month makes one year at CFHSV and my ability to count while fatigued has improved exactly…none.

    As Rx: 4+22

    I’m still a bit sore from “Stephen” which was like…a week ago. So, only able to link the first round to GHD’s.

    The workout tomorrow is the second day chipper WOD from the 2009 Crossfit Games. The winning times are Super Human. I’m excited to try the workout though.

    Home Gym:

    100 double unders = 2:57

    3 minute rest

    25 strict pullups
    25 kipping pus
    25 burpess pus
    25 KTE
    =9:52

    3 minute rest

    4 rounds:
    400 meter run
    25 box jumps @ 24 inches
    =17:00 (pretty slow, I was fighting the return of my lunch most of the way)

    Snatch day. PR’d at 210 (15lb improvement)

    Wanted to try 215 but ran out of time. I hate leaving the gym without a fail after setting a PR.
