    Did this one at home. My time seems unreasonably fast, which makes me think I cheated somehow. I may have skipped a round or something…I really don’t know.

    13:27 with about 26 “real pullups” and the rest done as jumping pullups. Decided to switch to jumping in order to raise the intensity. Lots of fun!

    At 24:32 I was last, again, but still 5 minutes faster than last time. I love it that 6 months of CrossFit 2-3 times a week has yielded better results than the 2 years I spent at a regular gym. Now, if I can just suck it up, and stop cryin’ about how bad it hurts and get in there a little more, I might really get somewhere.

    Finally got the pull-up bar installed at home. Hopefully, the real pull ups will get here soon.
