Pretty big pr for me, but I shouldn’t have had two rounds over 4 min. Came off the bar in round 3 which should not have happened.

Happy to do this one rx’d. OHS were the worst. My left wrist hurt until i could find a grip that worked for me. Grip also gave me trouble on last 2 rds with Db squat cleans, could only do five at a time. Thanks to open wod 11.1 my double unders went pretty smoothly. Great job to everyone today!

I’m getting slower… maybe I should try that thing called CrossFit I keep hearing so much about. Hmmm… maybe that would help.
6am: 8mi tempo run + Tabata treadmill
4pm WOD: Scaled to 95# OHS and 30# DB. 16:07 total time. Thanks to Tracey for showing me a nice little technique with the DB cleans, probably can have gone up to the 40# Rx weight with that in my toolkit.
5pm WOD: Barbara. 19:07 total. Can’t remember the splits, but something like 3:33, 3:47, 3:41, 3:57, and 4:03. Tye was a site to behold running thru unbroken butterfly pullups.
