7 Muscle-ups
21 Burpees

Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.

    I don’t have rings at home, so I did

    5 rounds:
    7 X (4 pullups, 4 dips)
    21 burpees

    40:12

    I did 4 pullups and 4 dips in sequence to keep from muscle failure on either exercise. After “death by pullups” this was not fun.

    22:25…shud not have done MY ” made up” workout yesterday. I was suckin hard! assisted MU’s are not nearly as bad as burpees(1 feet high) WHATEVER…THATS CRAZY HARD!!!

    I have no idea what my time was and I don’t want to know. All i know is that a whole week of junk food and not working out made me have the worst workout of my crossfit career. Started out with bar MUps for the first set and then had to go to asst. MUps.

    my 1st round was 1:40….then everything fell apart!!!! basically, 12 minutes of that workout consisted of about 84 burpees. weak sauce!!

    nice job to all. this was an awesome WOD.
