my deadlift form quickly broke down to garbage following the first 21. Something that I MUST stop doing until I rebuild the DL form. I’m just going to end up injuring myself.

Russell was right – ended up being a strength workout. Didn’t do the 15’s and 9’s as to avoid injury.

12:14 deadlifts were rest for me. After the first set of handstand push ups I was burned out and had to do them one at a time.

Struggled on deadlifts. My lower back needs work.

6-4, 7-5 Lost. Felt very disorientated and dizzy on the court. Should have beaten my opponent on a better day.

First workout back in the gym after long bout of illness…lost a few pounds and definitely loss some strength. I felt like a wuss.
