Kevin, I think you are right about that virus-eating-muscle thing. I’ve been slow for days now yet every party of my body is painfully sore to the touch.

google post-viral syndrome myopathy neuropathy — interesting stuff on virus and muscle/nerve pain. Unfortunately I learned the very hard way to NOT WORK OUT WHEN SICK

    anywhoo..
time was 4:46 (not all there today mentally and physically)

my deadlift form quickly broke down to garbage following the first 21. Something that I MUST stop doing until I rebuild the DL form. I’m just going to end up injuring myself.

Now only if I can convince myself of that…….

  3. Brad says:

12:14 deadlifts were rest for me. After the first set of handstand push ups I was burned out and had to do them one at a time.

  4. JP says:

    14:30 @ 165 DL

Struggled on deadlifts. My lower back needs work.

  5. JT says:

14:06 as Rx’d. Enjoyed a Sunday outing to the gym with my wife. Beware Clint, it looks like another female has joined us that may regularly be kicking our butts! Glad to have you with us Jordan!
Monday’s WOD – chase little white ball around golf course and hope Craig carries the team!

  6. Katie says:

21 DL @ 155# and 21 HSPU to lowest depth possible on the wall ~ 11 mins.
Russell was right – ended up being a strength workout. Didn’t do the 15’s and 9’s as to avoid injury.

  7. Daniel says:

    Tennis
6-4, 7-5 Lost. Felt very disorientated and dizzy on the court. Should have beaten my opponent on a better day.

  8. Karen says:

14:06 as rx for gir(165lbs). Handstand pushups still need work to get head to ground.

  9. Garth says:

    10:50
    Those HSPUs are tough.

  10. Justin says:

    10:56
Lost some depth on the hspu during the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

  11. Katherine Berger says:

    26:31 aka FOREVER
DL 135# and HSPU as low as I could go.

First workout back in the gym after long bout of illness…lost a few pounds and definitely loss some strength. I felt like a wuss.
